HOW IT'S PLAYED...

Basic Overview

On all Par 4 and Par 5 holes, all golfers hit their 1st (tee) shot in a simulator shed located at each hole.  All subsequent shots are played on the physical golf course, until completion of the hole.  Par 3 holes will be played the same as traditional golf.

The Details  

• Infinite Tees patented tee selector program uses real data (not a golfer’s perception of skill or ego) to match the golfer to one of hundreds of tee locations based on the golfers unique combination of skill and power.
• All golfers in a group hit their tee shots inside the simulator shed.  No need to travel to multiple tee boxes.  In the instance a simulated tee shot does not reach the landing area, the second shot is also taken from the simulator.
• Software shows golfer where the ball landed virtually, then gives instruction on precisely where to place their ball on the physical golf course.
• There is a spectacular transition from the virtual to physical world as projector screen slides out of the way and opens up to the real course, which is the identical view to what is on the screen…..very cool by the way.
• Golfer exits the shed and a few short steps away, drops their ball at the precise coordinates given by the software, and takes their second shot.
• Second shot and in is played the same as any other golf course - except on superior quality fairways, approach areas and greens that get all the attention that would otherwise be spent maintaining expanses of fairway that are intended to never even see golf balls (except in the case of a major duff off the tee).
• If you really want to speed things up, proceed immediately to your second shot after teeing off (no getting in the way of your fellow competitors tee shots since tee shots land only in the virtual world).  Imagine on a par 4 hitting your first two shots within 30 seconds of each other and if hit well, having your ball on the green!!
