The main reason people don't play golf today is because it takes too long to play.

• NEXUS Hybrid Golf is faster golf!
  9 or 18 hole round of golf is played in about half the time it takes to play on a traditional course without reducing the total length of the course!  How we do this:
  • Use of simulators for tee shots....all 4 golfers hit quickly from one spot (and optionally, golfers tee off while others in same group have moved to their second shot outside).
  • No time spent looking for lost golf balls off bad tee shot
  • Significantly less time spent getting from tee box to landing area. Instead of walking/riding 100-300 yards to get to your ball, you step outside of the simulator shed, find the spot where your simulated shot landed, and hit your second shot.
  • Simulator provides distance to the green for your next shot, so no time spent searching for distance markers.  Have the correct club out and ready to go before you get to your ball.
  • Extra holes are available and simulator technology allows these holes to play as user selected par 3, 4 or par 5 holes.  Golfers who fall behind pace on the regulation course are encouraged to skip holes and complete their round using the extra holes.

Traditional golf courses are not very profitable because they require so much land and maintenance of all that land.

• NEXUS Hybrid Golf is better for the environment and costs less to maintain!
  • Uses less land than traditional course (1/2 to 2/3 less)
  • Less time, labor and equipment required to maintain land
  • Less chemicals, fertilizers, water and sand are used to keep course manicured
  • Golf cart usage is more optional, not required, to get around this smaller course

  • 18 hole course (18 unique holes) possible with 9 greens by varying the simulator environment only
  • Practice Holes- a 20 minute practice session in a golf simulator combined with playing a series (loop) of two full length practice holes

Traditional golf is exclusive and has a rigid, inflexible atmosphere.   

• NEXUS Hybrid Golf is inclusive to all level golfers and families and has a casual, inviting atmosphere that is appealing to golfers and non-golfers. 
  • Infinite Tees offers ease of families, children and groups with players of various skill levels to play together.  Everyone hits their tee shot from inside the simulator sheds but each on skill level appropriate tees.  (Traditional courses can not offer this because tee boxes for the shortest hitters would be in close proximity to the green, therefore interfering with normal play for other golfers.)
  • Hiking Trails open to the public so everyone can enjoy the beautiful course, not just those golfing
  • Stadium Seating on Hole 11 encourages interaction from observers and encourages an easy going atmosphere.
  • Wine Tasting will be offered featuring wines from different vineyards monthly.
  • Concerts on Hole 11 green (where stadium seating is located) will be offered periodically.
  • Night Golf will be offered daily.  No need to stop play, or not play, because the sun went down.
